I have a Designer Ruby Deluxe and it usually works fine right after it is serviced but after about 6 months (I sew a couple times a week-not every day), it will start to make a clunking sound every few stitches and then will increase in frequency. Initially it will stop after I clean it but over time even cleaning doesn't help. I think this not right for a machine that is as expensive as this one...does anyone else have this problem and do you know how to fix it????
